Welcome to the MBA program at Einstein Academy of Technology And Management, where we mold future leaders equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic world of business. Established in 2020, our MBA program is affiliated with BPUT, Odisha, and is designed to provide a comprehensive and industry-relevant education.
Our MBA program is a two-year postgraduate course divided into four semesters. Upon successful completion, students are awarded a professional degree that opens doors to a multitude of career opportunities. The minimum eligibility criterion for enrollment is a graduation or post-graduation degree from a recognized board or university.
In line with BPUT norms, students have the option to choose a second specialization, enhancing their expertise in areas such as Human Resources Management, Operations Management, and more. This flexibility ensures that our graduates are well-prepared to meet the diverse demands of the business world.

Business schools that are entrusted to prepare their students face similar challenges. Students when they graduate from the b-schools are facing stiff challenges and ever-increasing performance expectations from the workplace.
Obviously, the need of the hour is to inculcate the necessary changes in teaching and training methods to prepare the students industry-ready. We at the Einstein Business school with excellent infrastructure, industry experienced faculties, exposure to industry experts, able training &placement cell, are committed to imparting quality education and training to future managers. Being part of Einstein Academy of Technology and Management a NAAC B++ accredited college, we have always strived for quality. We are certainly able enough to transform our students into quality human resources.
Prof. Sanat Rout, MBA, M. Com, LLB, AFP,
Dean of Academics has 25 years ofexperience in Industry, Teaching, and Research. He is currently a Ph.D. research scholar at GIET University, Gunupur. He has professional certifications like NISM Mutual Fund Distributors certificate, Licentiate (Insurance Institute of India), & Associate Financial Planner (Financial Standard Board of India). He specialises in the area of Finance. He has worked in companies/institutions like Tata Infotech Ltd., Aptech Ltd., ICICI Prudential Life, Tata-AIG Life, Wigan & Leigh College India in the capacity of branch head to state head. He has 5 research publications in the area of finance. He is a Part-time freelance trainer in the area of Behavioural & Soft Skill Development forthe last 10 years. He has taken different assignments with ICSI, L&T Finance, Axis Bank, Suryoday Small Finance, and several educational institutions. He joined EATM in February 2021.
Mrs DebadeeptiJagaty, Assistant Professor
She has pursued MBA in marketing and finance from OEC, Centre formanagement studies and Mcom from Utkal University in human resource management and marketing management has 15 years of industrial and teaching experience. She has 4 years of industrial experience.She has worked in the Stock market and insurance sector as an operation head. She has teaching experience of 11years in different educational institutions and they are Arya School of management and It,MahavirGroup of Institutions, Odisha engineering college, Centre for Management studies. She has joined EATM on February 17, 2022.

Dr.Tapan Kumar panda, Ph.D., MA, MPhil, LLB, has been working as an Associate professor here since 2018. He specialises in English as a language and communication. He has 6 Research papers to his credit published in both national and international journals. He has got more than 18 years of teaching experience both at graduation and post-graduationlevels.He worked in OUAT as Asst. Prof in Englishat College of Basic science from 2007 to 2010. and humanities. He has been working as visiting professor in the center of post-graduate studies since 2010 teaching communicative English to the students of MCA, MBA and Microbiology. Dr. Panda is also an avid reader and contributor to the literary magazines both in Odia and English language.

Prof. Deepti Ranjan Sabat, MBA. Has 14 years of experience in industry, teaching, and research.He is currently a Ph.D. research scholar atSri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha. He has worked with Merck Pharmaceuticals &Meterioto Labs Pvt. Ltd in the field of Marketing. He has also worked with GIET, Bhubaneswar. He has 5 national, 5 international publications & 2 books to his credit. He has attended and presented papers in around 25 conferences/ Seminars/ Workshops He specializes in the area of Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Managerial Economics.

Prof. Sudhir Kumar Panigrahi, MBA (Operations & HR), has 22 years of experience in Teaching, Marketing, Training & Placements. He Specializes in Marketing, Softskills Training, Placement, and Operations Management. He has worked in organizations like OP Jindal University, Chattisgarh& Techno India Group, Kolkata. He has Joined EATM inMarch 2021.
